Refund policy

Exchanges are allowed under the following conditions:

> The item(s) received has a manufacturing defect, wrong size, or wrong item.

> The customer submits an exchange request (via email or WhatsApp) within 3 working days of receiving the item.

> The customer provides the reason(s) for the exchange request.

> The item is in its original packaging, with the price tag intact.0

> The item shows no signs of use, such as odours, perfume scents, stains, or any indication that it was used or washed.

> Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged.

> The exchange is subject to stock availability.

> Free courier service is available for exchanging the same item, applicable to one-time exchanges only.

> Upon acceptance of the exchange request, our customer service team will notify the customer.

> Once the item is received at our facility, it will be assessed by our quality department for exchange approval.

> This Exchange Policy applies once the customer has placed the order and received the parcel, or once the payment has been processed.

Bubble.com reserves the right to accept or deny any exchange request at its sole discretion. Missing design parts of articles will be sent to the customer free of charge.

Note: This exchange policy does not apply to orders shipped outside Pakistan.

We strictly adhere to a 'NO refund' policy, meaning cashback is not available.

Important Notes:

> Exchange complaints or missing item complaints must be raised within 3 working days of receiving the parcel.

> Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of damage claims, subject to return approval.
